These Terms & Conditions explain how purchases, custom work, and use of the Rexx Timepieces website are handled.
Custom and handmade work
Rexx Timepieces creates and sells mechanical watches, Seiko mod builds, custom dials, and workshop-made watch projects. Because many pieces are handmade, customized, or produced in small batches, small variations in finishing, texture, color, and assembly details may occur. These variations are part of the nature of custom watchmaking and do not mean the product is defective.
Orders and availability
Product availability, pricing, production time, and specifications may change when materials, movements, cases, dials, or workshop capacity change. If an order requires clarification, Rexx Timepieces may contact the customer before continuing production or fulfillment.
Custom requests
Custom work begins from the information, references, and approvals provided by the customer. For one-off designs, engraved parts, custom dials, and commissioned builds, reasonable workshop interpretation may be required. Major changes requested after approval may affect timing or cost.
Payments and fulfillment
Orders are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Fulfillment timing depends on whether the item is ready to ship, assembled to order, or custom-built. Shipping details are covered separately on the Shipping Policy page.
Returns and warranty
Return eligibility, refund conditions, and warranty expectations are covered on the Return & Refund Policy and Manual & Warranty pages. Custom-made, modified, engraved, or personalized items may have different return limitations because they are created for a specific customer or project.

A Note on Custom and Made-to-Order Work
Rexx sells finished watches, custom watches, handmade dials, modified parts, and workshop-made objects. Because some items are built, engraved, finished, or altered for a specific customer, custom and made-to-order projects may be handled differently from standard ready-to-ship items.
