We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As long as it is Rexx Timepiece, we do offer services and Repairs:

We do offer a limited warranty. Rexx TimePieces, will within 18 months from date of purchase repair or replace the watch movement if it has a manufacturing defect. The Warranty does not cover theft, loss, or consequences of natural disasters, damage resulting from accidents (shocks, knocks, dents, etc.), alteration, or damage resulting from unauthorized servicing, mistreatment, or improper use.

In order to be valid, the warranty card must be presented being fully completed and signed by an approved Rexx TimePieces dealer.

Love your Rexx Timepiece? Don’t let just anyone repair it. Watches will not be covered by warranty if someone other than an authorized Rexx Timepiece service technician opens the case back during the 18 months warranty period. If your watch is outside of the 18 months warranty period, feel free to take it to a certified jeweler at your discretion.

If you would like to service your watch, email us at rexxtimepieces@gmail.com and tell us about your watch, what’s wrong with it, and we’ll provide you with a repair estimate.
