Rexx watches are mechanical objects built from real components, finishing work, and assembly choices. The manual and warranty file explains how to handle the watch, what the movement warranty covers, and how to contact Rexx if something needs attention.
Most Rexx watches include an 18-month limited movement warranty from the purchase date. Coverage depends on inspection and does not replace careful use, proper handling, water-resistance limits, or qualified servicing.
Keep your order details and warranty card. They help connect the watch to its build, serial information, and service history.
Before You Send a Watch
Contact Rexx first with the order number, model, photos or video, and a clear description of the issue. Do not open or modify the watch during the warranty period before Rexx reviews the request.
Custom Work
Custom watches, modified watches, engraved parts, and handmade dials may have different service or return limits because they are made or altered for a specific customer.
