Contact Rexx before ordering. This page is the starting point for a one-of-a-kind mechanical watch built around your idea. Every project begins with a direct workshop conversation so the design, parts, compatibility, price, and timing can be confirmed before checkout.
You do not need a finished technical brief. A reference image, sketch, color direction, logo, story, existing watch, or simple description is enough to begin.
What can be customized
- Dial design, color, texture, markers, artwork, and logo work
- Case style, size, bezel direction, crystal, and caseback details
- Movement, hands, date or no-date layout, strap, and bracelet choices
- Laser engraving, chemical darkening, airbrushing, finishing, and personal inscriptions
How the project works
- Start with the idea. Tell Rexx what the watch should feel like and how you expect to wear it.
- Confirm the build. Rexx reviews the movement, case, dial size, hand stack, clearances, finishing options, and practical limits.
- Build and check it. The watch is assembled, inspected, and finished in the workshop before delivery.
Custom dial options
A custom dial can be ordered as a separate workshop piece or installed on any compatible Rexx watch you choose. Compatibility is confirmed before production so the dial, movement, case, hands, and date position work together in the finished watch.

Final scope, parts, price, and estimated lead time depend on the project. Please do not use checkout until Rexx has confirmed the build with you.

Every Rexx watch includes an 18-month limited movement warranty. If the movement has a manufacturing defect during that period, Rexx will repair or replace the movement after inspection.
The warranty does not cover loss, theft, water damage beyond the stated rating, impact damage, misuse, unauthorized servicing, or cosmetic wear from normal use. Keep the matching metal warranty card and order details so the watch can be traced and serviced properly.
