Every Rexx watch includes an 18-month limited movement warranty. If the movement has a manufacturing defect during that period, Rexx will repair or replace the movement after inspection.

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, water damage beyond the stated rating, impact damage, misuse, unauthorized servicing, or cosmetic wear from normal use. Keep the matching metal warranty card and order details so the watch can be traced and serviced properly.

Every Rexx watch includes an 18-month limited movement warranty. Each watch also receives a matching metal warranty card tied to its serial number, so the build stays traceable, serviceable, and accountable after it leaves the studio.
