What is REXX Studio?
REXX Studio is the engraving division of Rexx Timepieces, focused on high-detail metal work: custom brass coins, depth-map engravings, and watch dials for enthusiasts, builders, and collectors. Each piece is laser-engraved for precision, then cleaned, finished, and patinated by hand using watchmaker-grade tools and processes.
I work with the feel of real metal — the weight of brass, the way light rolls across a brushed surface, the character that patina adds to tiny engraved details. The goal is simple: every piece should feel solid, balanced, and worth holding onto.

How each piece is made
Every project begins as a raw blank. From there, I:
- Prepare and refine the artwork or relief for engraving
- Laser-engrave the design with controlled depth and clean detail
- Clean, de-burr and smooth key surfaces and edges
- Apply the chosen finish — satin, brushed, polished, or patina
- Inspect each piece by hand before it leaves the studio
