Square SKX007 Build with Turquoise Strap

This Rexx workshop build combines a square 42mm case with the familiar functional language of an SKX007-inspired diver. Its bright turquoise rubber strap and blue dial accents give the watch a more energetic character than the darker Build 02, while the geometric stainless-steel case keeps the design substantial and mechanical.

This is an independent custom watch assembled and checked by Rexx Timepieces. It is not a factory Seiko model; the project uses an NH35A automatic movement and a selected set of compatible aftermarket components.

Reliable NH35A Automatic Movement

The Japanese NH35A is a practical automatic movement used throughout the custom-watch and modding world. Its straightforward construction makes it a sensible foundation for a watch intended to be worn rather than treated only as a display piece. The transparent caseback allows the movement to remain visible from the rear.

A More Expressive Square Diver

The polished and brushed 316L stainless-steel case changes the proportions of a conventional round diver without losing the strong bezel, legible markers, and sport-watch stance. Sapphire crystal protects the dial. The rubber strap shown in the product photographs adds color while keeping the watch comfortable and purposeful.
