Yes. Many Rexx watches can be customized before shipping. Depending on the model, you may be able to adjust the dial, hands, strap, bracelet, bezel, finishing, engraving, or overall build direction.

Rexx accepts major credit cards and supported express checkout options shown at checkout, such as Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay when available in your region.

Rexx has a 14-day return policy for eligible items. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags where relevant, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Custom watches, modified watches, custom dials, engraved work, and made-to-order projects may have different return limits because they are made or altered specifically for the customer. Contact Rexx before ordering if you are unsure.

Send a detailed message to Rexxtimepieces@gmail.com or use the contact page. Include the order number if available, the watch model, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video when useful. Rexx will review the request and advise on the next step.

Rexx watches include an 18-month limited movement warranty from the date of purchase. If the movement has a manufacturing defect during that period, Rexx will repair or replace the movement after inspection.

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, water damage beyond the stated rating, impact damage, misuse, unauthorized servicing, cosmetic wear from normal use, or damage caused by improper handling. Keep the warranty card and order details so the watch can be traced and serviced properly.

Outside the warranty period, you may choose a qualified local watchmaker at your discretion. During the warranty period, unauthorized opening, repair, or modification may void warranty coverage.

If the watch needs service, contact Rexx first with the model, order details, issue description, and photos if relevant.
