Shipping Policy

Rexx Timepieces ships custom watches, dials, parts, and workshop-made items from Israel. Because many pieces are made, modified, or finished by hand, handling time can vary by project.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared as quickly as possible. Custom watches, modified watches, engraved dials, and made-to-order work may require additional workshop time before shipping. If your order involves custom work, Rexx will confirm timing with you directly.

Shipping Destinations

Orders can be shipped internationally where carrier service is available. Delivery time depends on the destination, selected carrier, customs processing, and local postal or courier conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, or local handling charges required by their country. These costs are not controlled by Rexx Timepieces and are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after the order is shipped. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.
